Liability, Payment, and Cancellation Policy:

Liability: ABL Dumpsters is not responsible for any damage to a customer’s property during dumpster placement or removal.

Payment: Payment is due before delivery. Additional rental fees will be billed to the customer after dumpster material is disposed.

Late Fee: 10% of the rental fee - if payment is not received on time.

Cancellation: Customer may cancel the rental with 48 hrs notice. ABL Dumpsters reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.
